Scott Fraser produced a breakthrough World Championships performance today with 6th place in the long distance.
There were some shaky moments for the British runners today but in the end it was a successful day with 5 out of 6 athletes qualifying for the final.
Five out of six British athletes qualified for the middle distance final.
Great Britain finished the day with five athletes in the top twenty in the sprint final.
