Having recently taken over as managers of the South Central Junior Squad, Simon Kippin and Laurence Townley have planned their first training session for Saturday 5th September in High Wycombe.
The training is open to any juniors that can comfortably run at least an Orange standard course and are looking to move up to Light Green or higher. In the past training has always been very enjoyable and extremely useful.Â
