Planners Course

Profile picture for user Ian Moran
By Ian Moran , 25 June, 2016

TVOC is running a planning course aimed at people planning level D and C events.  They would be very happy for people from other clubs to attend.  There is no charge for attendees.  The course is on Saturday 9th July 2016 starting at 9.30 am and finishing around 5 pm.

The course is ideal for beginners who might aspire to planning a Saturday Series event or perhaps for inexperienced planners who had already set a Saturday Series event and want to know more in preparation for planning a level C event. The course will be held at the Council Offices in Tylers Green, near to High Wycombe.  It is 10 minutes from either J2 or J4 of the M40 (and even nearer to J3, but that junction is only accessible for traffic coming FROM London).

The address is

Council Offices
Cock Lane
Tylers Green
Bucks
HP10 8DS

The offices are across the road and 50m or so downhill from Tylers Green Middle School.  They are the buildings in the middle of https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.6346236,-0.703376,239m/data=!3m1!1e3?hl=en.  Note there is a CWPC reference on the googlemap at the top of the page - this is incorrect, google has it in the wrong place.  Suggested parking in the open area 50m north of the offices.

If you are interested in attending please contact Mark Thompson at markxt777 [at] gmail.com (markxt777[at]gmail[dot]com). He will then send more details.
