A chance to practice your O techniques before the up and coming Compass Sport Cup Final on the 18th of October.

Note: Parking charges to use the FE Car Parks. (You may be able to park by the Royal Oak Pub and not use the FE car park
Start 10:30 – 12:30. Please arrive by 10:15 as we have a short walk to the area being used.
Helen will be providing exercises suitable for novices including Star Exercises
Kevin has a session aimed at improving awareness and use of contours and using bearings. This will include a 'no paths' map for the more experienced orienteers.
Rachel is on the final leg of completing her Coaching Qualification. She will be running an hour-long session on 'Fine Navigation'. She needs 6 or so participants to take part in the session in which she will be assessed.
Coaching Activities are free for all SOC members.
