DATE & TIME: Friday 13 March 2026 at 7.15pm

VENUE: Main Hall atĀ Valley Park Community Centre, Pilgrims Close, Chandlers Ford, SO53 4ST.

A copy of the agenda, audited accounts and some additional financial information regarding events have been sent by email to all members. All Officers (Chair, Secretary and Treasurer) and general Committee members are (re)elected every year. We specifically require a Treasurer as Steve Sutch has reached the end of his three year term and must step down. We also have vacancies for up to 4 additional general Committee members to be elected at the AGM.Ā  If you are interested inĀ standing for Treasurer, either of the otherĀ OfficerĀ posts or as a general Committee member, or wouldĀ like to know more about what is involved, please contactĀ secretary [at] socweb.org (secretary[at]socweb[dot]org). PleaseĀ also send apologies for absence to Ā secretary [at] socweb.org (secretary[at]socweb[dot]org)Ā  .

The evening will also be the opportunity for our annual prize giving. If you are a current trophy holder, please return it at the start of the evening (or contactĀ secretary [at] socweb.org (secretary[at]socweb[dot]org)Ā to arrange to return it in advance if you are unable to attend on 13 March). Any nominations for the winner of theĀ 2025 'Pits' award for most amusing or embarrassing 'fail' at an orienteering event inĀ 2025 are welcome.

After the AGM business has been completed, food and the opportunity to chat with other Club membersĀ will be provided as in previous years. Any offers of help with the refreshments will be gratefully received!

Look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on 13 March!
