This week we are back to 18:30 at the sports Centre First car Park by the Bowling Green.

This is open to all.

We do a warm up followed usually by three effort that can be done at your own level.

The whole activity lasts about an hour or so.

If you want to come along please email me at       kevin.bracherATtalktalk.net

We are a friendly bunch and fitness level or expirience is not an issue.

Why not give it a try!

From around 20:00 the social will be in the Waterloo Arms.

Again all welcome. Bring you maps or other topics for a chat and beverage.

SCOA Bulletin June 2015

Profile picture for user Ian Moran
By Ian Moran , 28 June, 2015

The South Central Orienteering Association is the umbrella organisation which co-ordinates the activities of the orienteering clubs in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. Key tasks include:-

  • Co-ordinating fixtures between clubs and adjoining regions
  • Staging the larger national championship events which generally involve most if not all clubs in the Region due to their size and complexity

  • The Junior Squad

  • Training of coaches and event officials

The attached Bulletin will provide further information about SCOA’s activities.  In particular, could I draw your attention for the need of more controllers in our Region; if you would like further information, do let me know and the election of our own Di Smith as the new chair.
